The bobolinks strike again!! was created by KennB
This article was in the Newburyport Daily News on Tuesday.

The young anchor on channel 5 this morning pronounced the name with long "o's"; bo-bo-link instead of bob-o-link.

I wonder how our farmer friend (who does the haying) felt about this 
The article alluded to funding for mowing being cut this year...

And more accurately  How to pronounce bobolink...

The piping plovers are on Plum Island.
We've got Bald Eagles at the mouth of the Merrimack River.
Quite the popular area for the avian crowd.
