At the Acton launch on August 22nd there will be a memorial launch for Bob Harrington. A long time CMASS member and friend. We will be launching one of Bob's scratch built rockets with some of his ashes, to be ejected into the sky. Bob's daughter Kaitlyn, "Kate", will say a few words before the launch and her son, Cayden will push the "button".

Bob's wife Lorraine will be there as well as other family members and friends.

We would like to ask, if you wish, please wear a CMASS or NAR shirt or any rocket shirt for Bob.

Thank you,

Tony Vincent

Bob was really into cardstock rockets. It would fun for us all to build cardstock rockets, maybe an 11-way drag race.

There are some cardstock plans on rocketry forum

Also, one enclosed here (pdf) and instructions https://www.rocketryforum.com/threads/model-model-rockets-cardstock-static-1-3-size-estes-classics.191700/

There is also a TRF card stock forum https://www.rocketryforum.com/forums/cardstock-rocketry.51/

I love that we are doing this!

I just downloaded the plans for a cardstock SpaceX Falcon Heavy. Should be interesting. I've attached the plans for an old Centuri cardstock kit called "Two Bitz". Very easy kit.

Many thanks to everyone that contributed to a very special day!

This was part of an email that I received from Lorraine, Bob's wife.

"Thank you and the CMASS Club for a great day. Bob, I am sure was smiling down and very proud."

My thanks to every one who helped to make it a special day.
