Metal launch pad maint volunteer needed

Hi Kenn,

Thanks for the info. I will not be at the 12-Sep-2015 Berwick launch. We basically need to chase all the threads again so the pads will assemble. If Jim M is there, please deliver to him the following. I can help him do the work some evening prior to 26-Sep-2015 if he has availability in the next 2 weeks...

-- the milk crate with all the HP pad parts.
-- legs for the 15x15 pad (3 legs), these may be in the milk crate or long green box with the (red and green stakes.)
-- pad head for the 15x15 pad, may or may not be in the milk crate.

I went to IM Jim, but I don't know his CMASS user name.

Update 19-Oct-2015: Still looking for a volunteer with access to a sandblasting cabinet. I've tried a wire wheel but that is going to take way too much time to get the launch pad parts down to bare metal in prep for paint. Has anyone tried any of the new, citrus based paint removers? Just a thought!

I don't have a cabinet but I have a cheap portable sandblaster I can bring to Berwick next weekend. It doesn't much matter if you use sand or silicon carbide, I don't think. I don't have the space but if someone has the space and a compressor, then they are welcome to borrow it.
