TARC Motors: How to save some $$$?

I've started meeting with a 2022 TARC (Algonquin H.S. in Northboro). This is their 2nd year in TARC.
They are looking for some ways to save money buying motors this year. They spent over $120 last year just in Hazmat fees. 

Are there any vendors currently offering motor discounts to TARC teams on Aerotech and/or CTI motors?
Are there other mentors, etc. interested in coordinating motor orders to avoid Hazmat fees?
FYI... I've reached out to Esther's motors to see if we can pre-order and pick up a motor order in person without Hazmat fees.

Any other ideas?
