As you may have noticed, I usually write something here after all our launches. Every once in a while I'll wait to see if someone else will do it. No one does but this year Claude wrote a nice article about a school launch so I decided to wait a while before I filled this space with meaningless text. Or I was too lazy to write anything. Take your pick. Another sentence or two and I'll have enough text to wrap around the bottom of the picture on the left. Both launches had pleasant weather and we averaged about 200 flights at each one. There are plenty of pictures in the gallery. May 19 is here and June 9 is here. The June 9 launch featured Howard recovering one of Jim's rockets using his slingshots. There are pictures of that here and I'm sure the two of them will be putting together an article to describe the process.
