old A8-3 wanted

Anybody got an old A8-3 or two that was made in the 90\'s? I fired a few new ones to check out a static test stand and noticed that they appear to have changed in the last 15 years and I\'d like to verify that.

I have a half dozen or so A8-3 engines that I have had for quite a while, but am not sure just how old they are. Do you have the secret decoder ring for the date codes?

I am pretty sure that they are from the mid 90\'s then. I will check when I get home tonight and let you know. You are welcome to as many as I have,
which is around 6 total. I can try and bring them to the next meeting if that is soon enough. I\'ll try to bring the old Centuri short motors that I talked about last launch for show and tell as well.

Yes, please hold on to them until the next meeting or launch. The guy who\'s coming up Sunday to fire motors has a few old ones himself so if the data doesn\'t like right I\'ll try yours.


Anybody who\'s in the neighborhood on Sunday and would like to see the process of static firing motors is free to stop by my house. I\'m lending my stand to someone who\'s going to fire 200 A8-3\'s in my driveway.
