I would be interested in a fin can that fits over an Estes BT80 or the heavy walled BT80 from Aerospace Specialty Products.

Check out the chart at the bottom of the page that has the OD of the BT80 tubes they sell.

Recently, In a wake of events, unfortunately, West. Rocketry Association's 3D printed Fincans couldn't come to fruition due to technical  issues from 3d printing and sudden concern expressed from some members of our team. This led us to revert to another drafted design (which proved Promising), in which we'd still try to 3d print the NC and Transition, but rear will utilize not a fincan, but a design similar to your conventional TTW fin can mount system.

However, due to our time constraints with our upcoming launch (But we ain't gonna give up...), we were wondering if how one can fabricate Centering rings on their own (or if there's any place we could get Centering rings in a "fairly quick" delivery time), and if 3d Printed CR's could be applicable on this scale.

What size CR's do you need and how many?
Apogee Components has a fast turn around on orders and low shipping charges.

Best bet is to get those CRs online from either Apogee Components or Balsa Machining Service. Apogee gives TARC discounts. BMS may also offer discounts. If finding is an issue I would be happy to make a donation to your team. You can Message me with your contact in the Members Section of the CMASS website. Search for DeAngelo.
