Their laser cutter is better than the one at Goodnow -- finer laser beam width, and they seem to have a supply of non-warped wood.
One job submission per week, and curbside pick up when it is done.
I've been working on a foam core NC. Was it John that was talking about shaping a balsa NC on a drill press?
I cut 1/2 inch foam slides using a hot wire jig that I created. Stacked them. Added spray on foam. Shaped first with an angle grinder and then sand paper. I plan to glass it.
