If I ever win Power Ball I am going to buy a big tack of land in Revere that currently has apartment buildings. I'll have all the buildings bull dozed, plant grass and make the area a full time rocket field for CMASS. The club can grow and sell sod as a means of income. I can dream can't I?

Thanks for including us in your dream, Frank, but I don't think the FAA will give us much altitude that close to Logan.

Some of the older members that are local to the region may remember that Northgate Shopping Center in Revere was once an airport. It ran nearly the entire length of Squire Road. There was a time long ago that three locations were being considered for a large international airport for the Boston area. One of the areas may have been Beverly, the other two were Revere and East Boston.

Perhaps I can modify my dream by first meeting with the FAA to determine the safest location for the 10,000 foot waiver then buy that track of land. I can probably get political support if I agree to include a casino.

Has anyone ever seen the movie "The Air up There"? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Air_Up_There
That movie gave me an idea to solve the Acton field access problem. CMASS should put together a cricket team and challenge the cricked players to a winner take all four out of seven series. Of course we will recruit a few ringers on our team. At my company we have a few employees that are very good at cricket. They can really play the game and also coach us.

Word came down today that we won't be able to negotiate any kind of arrangement that would gain us access to the School Street field this year. It's not just the local teams but a larger organization they belong to that won't let them change their published schedule.

We'll work with them earlier for next season to see what we can secure.

Thanks to Mark Criscione for his efforts this year.

Remember, MMMSC has low and mid-power pads set up at their launches.
