As some of you know, there was a problem with the materials used by a vendor supplying the delay grain/ejection charge holders to CTI for their 38 mm reloads. This wrong material results in an incomplete bond between the delay grain and the holder that can allow an uncontrolled burn that results in a CATO.

Jason will have examples of the good and bad holders at our 06 August launch. The difference is very easy to see when they are put side by side. Even if you're not planning on using it that day, bring all of your ProX 38 mm reloads so they can be checked and, if necessary, the bad part can be replaced with a good part at no cost to you. This will best be accomplished face-to-face as shipping the part would required a HAZMAT fee.

Robert and Gloria will be performing the same service at the MMMSC launch on 30 July. Please be sure to get your parts checked at one or another launch. If you can't make it to either of these, the program will continue into the fall. Contact Robert and Gloria by email if you have any questions.
